Why Decaf Gets a Bad Reputation — And Why This One Is Different

The processing in Columbia uses the Ethyl Acetate (EA) natural decaffeination process — a method that uses ethyl acetate derived from fermenting sugar cane, a naturally occurring compound found in many fruits and fermented foods.
